RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy:
SPIUK endeavours to develop and manufacture the highest quality products possible. Nevertheless, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the date you received it and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Items must be returned "as-new" in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

Exchanges Policy:
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please contact us at hello@spiuk.cc with your name, order number and the reason of the exchange. We can only exchange your item for the same item in a different size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
Note: We can not guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.

Faulty Goods:
High quality products and manufacturing standards are our top priority. Unfortunately on rare occasion it is the case that faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at hello@spiuk.cc with detailed photos and descriptions of the fault.

Non-refundable Items:
Free gifts or promotional items.
All gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Charges:
Free returns within Australia.
International customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
There is no processing or restocking charges for return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return?
Please contact us at hello@spiuk.cc with your name, order number and the reason of the return. If the product is faulty please send detailed photos and descriptions of the issue.
You will get a confirmation email with relevant information about your request and how to proceed.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days or more in some cases, depending on your card issuer's policies.
